⚡⚡⚡ PRODUCTS:

All items are vegan-friendly and made with simple ingredients for people with sensitive skin!

- I use Synthetic Mica for all my glitters! Synthetic mica is a biodegradable alternative to glitter, it has all the sparkle without the plastic.

- Some products are subject to weathering. I am not responsible for products effected by humid climates. I can not refund or exchange products effected /  damaged by weather or humidity.



⚡⚡⚡ ORDERS:

- TUESDAYS are my shipping days!

- All orders from TUESDAY - MONDAY go out on the following TUESDAY!

- Every order is sent out with a handwritten Hogwarts envelope and is stamped with a Hogwarts wax seal!

 

⚡⚡⚡SHIPPING POLICIES:

- I do not accept cancellations / refunds.
 
If I can help you with your order message me and I will try to get everything sorted for you! It is very hard for me to keep up on my orders and it makes it very difficult to cancel an order and sort through to find it! 

- PLEASE NOTE; I am not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. I cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.

- Keep in mind customers outside of the US may have to pay custom fees.
